I need to replace the siding on my house and I’m looking for a contractor who is honest and does great work. My current siding is cracked and fading, and I’m worried about water getting behind it. I want a company that is local to Cape Cod and has a good track-record with siding installations. Has anyone here had a project done recently that they were really happy with?

It’s definitely a good idea to address those cracks before they lead to bigger problems like mold or rot. Most siding projects start with a thorough inspection and then a detailed quote.
Are you looking for a standard lap siding look or something more unique like shingles?

I’m interested in a mix of lap siding and some shingle accents to give the house some character. I just want to make sure the transitions are handled correctly so it doesn’t leak.
Is there a company that you’ve used that was particularly good at the detailed work?
