OfflineLast summer we tried to arrange transportation for a big family reunion in Miami, and I swear it was harder than coordinating the actual event. We had people coming from the airport, some staying at different hotels, and a schedule that was already packed. We thought about just using Uber or renting smaller cars, but then we realized it would get chaotic fast. I’m curious how others have managed transportation when you’ve got more than 20 people to move around in a city like Miami.

OfflineWhen we organized a corporate retreat, we faced the same headaches. Splitting into multiple vehicles just didn’t make sense for us. What worked was booking a private coach through https://coachamerica.com/desti…..ions/miami
. Everyone stayed together, we could stick to a clear schedule, and no one had to stress about traffic or finding parking downtown. It made things much easier for the organizers and way more comfortable for the group.

OfflineFor large groups in Miami, I think the biggest challenge is staying coordinated. It’s easy to underestimate how spread out the city can feel and how quickly traffic adds up. Having a central plan for transport avoids the constant “Where are you?” phone calls. I’ve also noticed that when people travel together, it builds a better atmosphere from the start, which helps set the tone for the event itself.
