Okay, this might sound ridiculous, but I literally keep forgetting about shows I wanted to go to. Last month, I planned to catch that Friday night act at Comedyville — even told my coworkers I was going — and then completely missed it ‘cause I didn’t set a reminder. I feel like good shows come and go so fast, and by the time you remember, it’s either sold out or already happened. Has anyone figured out a decent way to stay on top of the schedule? I like spontaneous plans, but I’m tired of seeing photos from a show I meant to attend.

I’ve been in that exact situation more than once, so I started checking their site every couple weeks — honestly, it helps a lot. They keep an updated list of what’s coming up, and it’s actually really clear and easy to skim. If you want to stay ahead of it all, I’d say just bookmark https://www.comedyville.ca/upc…..ing-shows/ and give it a look whenever you’re in the mood to go out. That’s how I caught Sugar Sammy live last month — if I hadn’t checked the week before, I would’ve totally missed out. Also, Thursday shows tend to sell out first, just FYI.

I stumbled across this thread while browsing and had to say — it’s wild how many cool events we miss just because we don’t hear about them in time. I haven’t been to Comedyville yet, but I’ve heard a few coworkers mention it lately. Seems like it’s turning into a go-to spot. Might check it out before summer’s over.
