Maxis were one of the best developers and have been ever-present during my gaming life. I have and will continue to enjoy the back-catalogue of Maxis developed games. Although I’ve never played The Sims and not played a modern Maxis game it is with disappointment that I heard that EA have decided to close their doors.

Sad,though not surprising considering the health of the entertainment industries today. That said, does this apply to all Maxis properties, or just Simcity? I would read ther article, but FUCK KOTAKU.

I don’t know if I’ll regret this, but what dissatisfies you about Kotaku, Mon?

At least there are plenty of different Sim City games to play. Maxis unfortunately is just another statistic now.

Unethical journalists and clickbate bullshit. And not sure if he still works there, but Ben Kuchera is about the most vulgar little assmunch of a trashcan fire that ever called himself a journalist.
