OfflineHey everyone,
I’ve been hosting private servers for a few co-op games (mostly Valheim and Project Zomboid), but kept running into lag and performance drops, especially when more than 6 players joined in. I figured my old VPS just couldn’t handle the load anymore.
After digging around and comparing options, I realised I needed to switch to a more powerful setup but I didn’t want to break the bank. That’s when I started looking into low cost dedicated server hosting that still gives solid performance for gaming.
I ended up trying out HostNoc, and honestly, it’s been smooth sailing since. CPU usage stays balanced even when the server is full, and I’ve had zero complaints from friends about lag or disconnects.
If anyone else is trying to host a game server on a budget but needs something more reliable than shared or VPS hosting, I’d recommend checking out dedicated options like that. Saved me both time and frustration.
Curious to hear what setups others here are using for hosting their own game worlds!
