Fair enough.

 

At least we both acknowledge what 3D dot was going for.  I for one respect them for it; even playing homage to the classics is a bold decision in this console landscape.

And for the record I DO recommend 3D Dot game Heroes for those desperate for old-school Zelda gameplay. Not everyone is as curmudgeonly and particular as I am, and many gamers never did get to experience the joy of classic Zelda.

 

For those who only own modern consoles, this and dark Souls will be the closest you can get

Has anyone that played 3D Dot Heroes experience any random freezing associated with the game? That kept me from purchasing it.

I only played briefly,but from my limited time with it I experienced no freezing.
