OfflineSuch a shame that Timewalk no longer operate.
Here are a few sites that pop up a lot:
http://www.shopflashbackgames.com/
http://www.gamereproductions.com/
http://www.ocdreproductions.com/
This fairly new UK-based site does both PAL or NTSC repro’s. They even do a translation service if you want to alter your Jpn cart into English language.

I have bought Terranigma and Treasure of the Rudras from jjgames.. They have some reproductions in stock at times. The quality is good but I don’t know where they got the cartridges from.
Antarch, you might want to check out JCRetail if you’re looking to buy more repros in the future since they’re a Canadian site with reasonable prices ($39.99 CAD per game). I’ve never bought anything from them personally (since I’m not really into repros) but thought their selection and prices looked pretty good.
Then again, repro prices seem to be dropping everywhere due to increased competition.
Now playing: SNES - Phalanx, R-Type III, Genesis - Bio Hazard Battle, PS3 - Dragon's Crown

OfflineMarvelous is pretty good the dialogue is translated but some of the menus aren’t so far it is still playable and I am enjoying it. It’s probably the most it will ever get translated. It has a lot of funny parts too from the character interactions.
I bought a game from JC retail. Didn’t like the game but the cart was nice and the game itself was presented nicely and it shipped pretty quickly

OfflineI use a lot or reproduction carts for my youtube channel where i review japanese translated games. I have used
flashbackentertainment
lostclassics
reproductiongames.com
etsy -superpixelbrothers
and ebay.
each has its own pros and cons. Lost classics was fast but their label glue is weak also the game wouldnt work in my snes mini but loaded fine on my original one. Both my fire emblem games have peeling top labels.
Flashback is very high quality but it takes forever to arrive.
Reproductiongames for some reason only work in my snes mini. With exception of clock tower
etsy i bought terranigma label was decet game worked fine
I have had great luck on eBay bahamut lagoon, star ofean, and tales of phantasia. Not a single issue with one of them go figure.
id recommend flashback the most though it is the priciest.
im seein some sites on this thread im gonna check out. Ive been wanting to play marvelous another treasure island for years!
What can I say, Lucious T
