I picked up Skyblazer the other day, and Contra 3 I think I mentioned.

I just sold my Castlevania Dracula X to make room for better games in my opinion, and I used part of the $ to pickup a near mint copy of Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen.

You guys?

I haven’t really been collecting much these past few months. I have about 50 SNES games now, so I think I should slow down and play some of them!

What about everyone else?

On Sunday I bought a copy of Mr. Nutz off of Amazon. I think it came up because I was reading Cracked photoplasty that actually referenced the game and I felt “Hey why not?” I also wanted to pick up Zero the Kamikaze squirrel but the SNES version was pricey so I picked up the more reasonably priced Genesis version.

Prices for many SNES games are out of control, aren’t they? Makes you wonder when the craze will subside.

Yeah 55 bucks for a pretty average game that no one really remembers. The Genesis version was like 17 bucks. Far more reasonable.

I’ve done the exact same thing with The Lost Vikings. I paid $5 for the Genesis version while the SNES version seems to go for around $40 on ebay.

SNES prices are going crazy. I bought skyblazer this time last year for around $20 and now it’s almost $40

The last thing I bought was Hook made by the same people as skyblazer and sparkster for the SNES. I got it for $12. Still thought it was kinda high.

I also got Venom/Spider-Man Separation Anxiety for $14

I remember buying SkyBlazer two years back for $30. But it included Cart, Manual and box all in excellent condition.

I did buy those 3-D glasses for Jim Power last week. I’m going to try them out soon.

I wonder how those 3-D glasses will work for a SNES game. Do you have to use an old round glass screen tv like with the NES Zapper?

Well these 3-D glasses were made specifically for this game. I suppose it will work on any CRT television.

I hope I don’t have a seizure using them!

Got some early prezzies from some friends that know i love my games. Was given Conan for the original Xbox and Krusty’s Super Fun House for the MD/Genesis.

Spot on Masa, there were quite a few on the 8-bit consoles and the GameBoy too, including the rare Bart & The Beanstalk. I remember seeing ‘game over’ about a billion times on Bart vs The Space Mutants on the NES… not a pleasant experience but probably taught me a valuable life lesson in patience!
