OfflineI’m thinking about getting a Super Gameboy. There are stacks of these available everywhere in Japan, complete with box, for only about 500 yen. From what I’ve gathered, getting the Super Gameboy 2 isn’t necessary, unless you will be playing linked multiplayer games.
I already have the GB/GBA player for my Gamecube, but that is software-driven and not hardware-driven. Is there any advantage in getting the Super Gameboy, other than the fact that it plays on a SNES?
Lately I finally bought my first two actual Gameboy games (I’ve never owned a Nintendo handheld until the DS, so I’ve only owned DS and GBA games up until now). I got the legendary Tetris game as well as Kirby’s Block Ball, which is an import-only Breakout clone.
