Interesting choice. For a while I wondered if the post comment section and the forum section in fact served unique purposes.
What I came up with was that commentary on the posts were more about assessing/discussing the game in question, as well as the writer’s particular spin on it. One could point out important aspects of a game that were overlooked by the reviewer, for instance.
Then, the forum page could serve a more vague purpose, a conversation ‘inspired’ by the game. Thus my question on the PGA Golf forum, “what’s everyone’s favorite golf game of all time?”
But I fully stand by this decision, and am curious to see where it takes us.

Can there be a rule for second opinion reviews that they cannot be the same score as the original? Two reviews that give the exact same score doesn’t give people a diverse opinion about the games so can we only allow second opinion reviews that are at least one star different than the first review?

I’m happy to accept reviews from anyone who wishes to donate them. It just so happens the two people who were willing to review Super Punch Out!! gave it 5 Stars.
There is some value in 2nd opinions that have the same score as the original review. It can reinforce how good or bad a game is, they can highlight different points to a game, but ultimately come to the same conclusion, and let’s not forget the opinions are primarily in the words, not in the final score.
With that being said I would welcome anyone out there reading this if you disagree with a review that doesn’t have a second opinion, write one up and let your feelings be read!
