I was modifying some code last night, made a mistake that took the site down for about 15 minutes. There were a few people on at that time.You weren’t on though.

Yes it is. Though this is the first time in a year I’ve been at this that I made such a stumble to crash the site.

Level up, go to shop and buy some better equipment! 
Your doing a great job with the site Masa and to be fair I had a similar problem w/slowdown last night but I think I know the cause – someones network connection keeps interfering with mine late at night for some reason, it causes my signal to drop from excellent to fair, the dastards.

Are you on a wireless connection? if so make sure you are protected so you dont get neighbours tapping onto your wireless. That is bad for a number of reasons.
I have Asperger's Syndrome, which means i can come across as rigid and overly argumentative. Please try and look past this and contact me if you have a problem with what/how i type.
