OfflineSo I was messing around on Twitter the other night and saw this thread about how fast image tech is moving, and it got me thinking about those old “X-ray glasses” ads from comic books, except now it’s actually real. I ended up stumbling onto some threads about these new generation tools and honestly, my curiosity just got the better of me because I wanted to see if they could actually handle complex clothes or if it just looked like a blurry mess. I tried a few random sites that were total garbage or just filled with pop-ups

OfflineI’ve found that when you provide a crisp source image, the paid models are significantly more advanced because they use a deeper neural network for anatomical alignment and skin texture matching. I usually rely on a specific tool for my free nudify projects because it handles the complex shadows and facial angles much better than the generic filters you see floating around on social media.

OfflineThe whole thing makes me wonder about where we draw the line between just playing with cool tech and the weird reality that nothing we see online is ever going to be “real” again. It’s definitely a rush when you see a perfect render pop up for the first time, almost like a “we’re living in the future” moment, but then you realize how easy it is for things to just spiral out of control.
