OfflineMy favorite would have to be the Wii.
Has the most freedom when it comes to controllers. – The 360 and the PS3 have only 1 controller that you can use for most games. If you can’t get to grips with the controller, you’re screwed. You can buy an arcade stick for fighters (Expensive as hell) or instruments (for games like Guitar Hero and Rockband), but still. Wii has a whole bunch of controllers to use which is very good. If you don’t like using the Wii Remote standalone, you can always plug in a classic controller or nunchuk. You can even use Gamecube controllers for some games.
Best software library. – One thing I don’t like about the 360 and PS3 is that many games on both of these systems either feel very PC-ish or already are on the PC. What’s the point of getting either system when the PC can just be upgraded? The Wii has probably the most unique library of the 3 consoles. Where else can you find Wii Sports, NSMB Wii, Warioware: Smooth Moves, Blast Works, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, Elebits, Little King’s Story, Xenoblade, etc?

OfflineI have a current obsession with the Wii. I don’t know why. I brought the system this year, and brought over 30 games thus far for it. However currently, it’s not my favorite. I would have to say the PS3. Here’s why:
1) Niche’ quirky Japanese games like Record of Agarest War Zero, Hyperdimension Neptunia, BlazBlue Continuum, Mugen Souls, etc.
2) Free online multiplayer
3) Better built than X-box 360. (My 360 got the RRD; thus I brought a PS3)
Mark, have you played House of the Dead: Overkill for the Wii? Is it worth purchasing?

Yes, and yes! HOTD: Overkill is probably one of the best light-gun games on the Wii. Also, if you don’t already have the HOTD 2 & 3 Return compilation, get that too.

OfflineHeh, Current-Gen…..
I am torn……On one hand, The Wii had Mario Brothers 5, DKC 4, Xenoblade, and sin and Punishment: Star Successor.
On the other hand, PS3 has MotherF*&4’in DARK SOULS!!!!!!!
Still, I have to go with the Wii. It is the one I keep returning to…..When I bother to boot up a post-SNES console at all!

OfflineEasily PS3 on my part.
I have Asperger's Syndrome, which means i can come across as rigid and overly argumentative. Please try and look past this and contact me if you have a problem with what/how i type. I type and read very literally and use no undertones. Thank you for trying to understand. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A.....r_syndrome
