OfflineThe immune effector cell’s Fc receptor (also known as FCGR) binds to the Fc region of an antibody, which binds to a target cell selectively, causing antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). Non-specific cytotoxic cells including natural killer cells, macrophages, monocytes, and eosinophils can mediate ADCC. The phosphorylation of the FCGR ITAM occurs when FCGR attaches to the antibody, activating effector cells and causing the production of chemicals such as TNF, granzyme, perforin, and lyase that mediate the destruction of target cells.
In vitro diagnostic (IVD) antibody development is a specialty of Creative Biolabs, a pioneer and unquestionably the world leader in this field. With our array of technologies, we provide the highest caliber IVD antibody discovery services against a variety of lung cancer markers.
General Introduction of CYFRA21-1Â
The intricate filamentous cytoplasmic structure known as the cytoskeleton may have an impact on the dynamic cell shape found in the tissue environment. It is made up of several filament kinds and sizes, including microtubules, actin, myosine, and intermediate filaments.
