For those who fast, monitoring blood glucose regularly is essential. Suhoor should include slow-digesting foods like whole grains, protein, and healthy fats to maintain stable sugar levels, while Iftar should avoid excessive sugary foods that cause sudden spikes. Drinking enough water between meals is also very important.
