OfflineI’ve been having a lot of bloating and discomfort lately no matter what I eat. I’ve tried cutting out dairy and gluten but it hasn’t really solved the problem. Are there any supplements that help with digestion or gut flora. What has worked for you in the past. I really want to get my digestion back on track.

OfflineGut health is the root of almost everything so it is good you are looking into it. Probiotics and fiber are usually the first things people try for bloating. I use a specific fiber powder from Amway that is tasteless and really easy to mix into water or juice. Also try to eat more fermented foods like yogurt or kimchi. Stress can also mess up your stomach so try to relax while you eat.
