I’ve been trying to keep up with the local school board updates lately, but I’m having some trouble navigating the login page on my new tablet. I really want to make sure I’m getting the daily e-edition alerts sent to the right email address so I don’t miss any breaking stories. Is it easier to update my account preferences through the main website or should I just call the office directly to avoid the technical headache?

Local journalism is honestly so important for staying in the loop with what’s actually happening in your neighborhood, even if the tech side can be a bit clunky. When I had a similar issue with my login, I found that visiting https://www.pissedconsumer.com…../RT-F.html was the fastest way to find their direct contact number to get a real person on the line. They were super helpful and even walked me through how to set up the mobile app so I could read the paper during my morning commute without it logging me out. It definitely beats trying to figure out those confusing automated “forgot password” links that never seem to arrive.

I was waiting for my car to be cleaned at the hand wash station and it was taking much longer than they originally promised.
