Hi all,

i’m looking For some help in progressing with the game (my 13yr old self completed it  but I’m struggling as an adult).

im trying to have an ‘authentic’ experience with the same so I am avoiding the use of google but after about three hours now of hopeless wandering I have exhausted my patients, then I thought, back in the 90s when I was stuck on a game I would ask around my friends for help, so I’m turn, I’m considering the use of this forum as being on a par with asking a friend back in the 90s. 

Where I am stuck is: I have travelled to the dark would and collected crystals 1 and 2 but now I seem completely unable to get to and oth the others. I’m kind of stuck in the right hand side of the dark world map but can’t access dungeon 5 (I think it’s five anyway).

my thoughts are:

im either missing a warp zone somewhere in the light world (if this is it then I’m thinking it must be either in the village or the desser), or.

i need a power up of my glove to enable me to lift heavier rocks to allow my to access the south side of the dark world village. I thought I had nailed it when the faerie Behind the waterfall upgraded my boomerang and shield but when I threw my glove in she just returned it.

any help is greatly appreciated, what I would like initially is for someone to give me a hint as opposed to an answer.
