I’m older too, though not by much.  Hard to believe it’s been 30 years already!  We as gamers and the industry as a whole owes a lot to the NES.  Without the NES, there wouldn’t have been a SNES!

Now playing: SNES - Phalanx, R-Type III, Genesis - Bio Hazard Battle, PS3 - Dragon's Crown

Wow the wheels of time sure move fast. The NES is still an awesome console with quality titles. Im not quite as old as it, but not far away!

Never had an NES. In fact, I believe I’ve played it less than 10 times in my whole life! I only recall playing two games :

1 – Duck Hunt with the kids of my mother’s friend

2 – Paper Boy at my cousins’ place… This is the game I remember the most yet it seems to be a very random game haha!

The system seems great but I don’t think I’d enjoy it as much as I enjoy the SNES, partly because I don’t have much nostalgia for it. I might get some kind of adaptor for my SNES if I ever feel like digging into its library, who knows!
