Went hunting today with my dad to the used video stores and flea markets. Came up with these games, a haul costing a total of $11.

NES

Legend of Kage

Archon

Baseball Simulator 1.000

SNES

Star Trek: The Next Generation

College Slam

Sterling Sharpe End 2 End

NBA Showdown

N64

Kobe Bryant in NBA Courtside

All-Star Baseball 99

Not anything incredibly noteworthy, but I’ll definitely be reviewing Star Trek eventually for the site!

Nice supermoore! It’s that time of year again where flea markets and garage sales kick into full gear. I may try my hand at a few this year to see if I can get anything of interest. Oh the thrill of the hunt! laugh

Nice haul supermoore, I see you got Sterling Sharpe’s End To End, please let us know if it’s any different, significant or favorable when compared to the more ‘usual’ franchises associated with the sport. smile

A number of new additions inc. a new SFC controller for the SNES as my others are pretty worn out now. Erm… Crazy Taxi for the Gamecube, Tecmo World Cup ’93 for Master System, and a number of new SFC games inc. Burning Pro Wrestling, Galaxy Wars, F1 Circus Gaiden + more

tk how are you enjoying the new RE game?

Ghost, how is the GC port of Crazy Taxi?  I remember it was critically panned upon release, though I will always have a soft spot for any version of the original Crazy Taxi.

Now playing: SNES - Phalanx, R-Type III, Genesis - Bio Hazard Battle, PS3 - Dragon's Crown

Not played it yet, the Gamecube version of CT anyway. In fact I’ve actually lent it out to a friend who has rediscovered his GC again so he has that and a few other titles of mine for the time being. Meh, I liked it in the arcade so I’m sure I’ll get some amusement out of it. Got it cib for peanuts so Im happy.

I ordered Breath of Fire 3 (PSX version) off of Amazon a few days ago for just $20. Can’t wait to play it. I might also get Wild Arms 5.

How is ZombieU?  It got mixed reviews, but its arguably the Wii U’s biggest show piece for how the game pad can make for a more compelling experience.

That’s a great price for BoF3!  I never tried it back in the day (there were WAY to many RPGs coming out for the PS1 back then) though I’ve always wanted to.  Let us know what you think.

I started playing it a few days ago and I manage to get to Wyndia after solving a frustrating puzzle. The game is pretty fun and the Dragon Gene system seems pretty cool, but I don’t think I’m gonna enjoy the puzzles very much.

I’m looking forward to the day when I own Mega Men I-VI, Whetteon. But for now III will have to do.

I went a bit crazy when I saw a trio of Final Fantasy games at a vintage store.

Final Fantasy II, III and Mystic Quest are all mine now!

Wow now that is a great haul – all three FF games for the SNES. You know you could just get the Mega Man Anniversary collection if your in the US, I know it’s available on Gamecube (& most probably PS2) but check it out if you want to save some dough buying individually.

Let me know what you think of Wario’s Woods.

I enjoy it, but I find it a bit too difficult to control, which is pretty big sin for a puzzle game.

Those are some great imports you got as well!
