OfflineDuring my last live event, the hardest part wasn’t the presentation itself but trying to keep up with all the questions flying in the chat. By the time I answered one, three new ones popped up, and it threw me off completely. If I switch to automated webinars, I wonder how practical it is to handle questions when I’m not online. Do people usually leave them for later follow-up, or is there some built-in workaround?

OfflineI’ve run several automated sessions, and the main thing that helped was setting up forms and delayed responses. Viewers could drop their questions in real time, but I didn’t need to answer them immediately. Instead, I got a summary afterward and replied by email or during the next session. It felt less stressful and still kept the audience engaged. Using webinar tools from places like made that process simple, because they let you integrate Q&A in a way that doesn’t demand constant presence. That balance worked great for me.

OfflineSometimes the value comes from being able to step back without losing the connection altogether. People often don’t mind waiting for an answer as long as they know it will come, especially if the content itself was worth their time. It’s a bit like leaving a comment on a blog or social feed — the conversation continues even if the reply shows up later, and most folks are fine with that delay when the exchange is genuine.
