What helped me was being super transparent—sharing behind-the-scenes photos, quick replies, and honest reviews from my first customers. It didn’t happen overnight, but the steady openness made a difference. Also, I found a really useful article with tips for new e-commerce folks like us: https://www.harnessmagazine.co…..ally-work/. It talks about ways to build trust and credibility that go beyond just flashy ads. Basically, showing you care and being consistent builds trust way faster than you think.”

OfflineJust dropping in here—this thread is interesting. I don’t own a business, but from what I’ve seen, trust is a tricky thing online. Lots of factors come into play, like customer reviews, clear info, and how a brand talks to its audience. It’s not just about selling but making people feel comfortable.
I think it’s great when small businesses put effort into that because it’s easy to get lost in the noise. Anyway, always cool to peek into these discussions and learn how things work behind the scenes.
