We have several properties in different countries. How can we ensure that they remain in the family and are not sold after inheritance?

One option is to transfer the assets to a Family Foundation. In this case, the real estate belongs to the foundation rather than to individuals, which helps to preserve the property and manage it centrally.

I decided to turn to real estate website development when I realized that we needed a more structured approach to property management. Previously, information was scattered across different files and services. After launching the new software, everything became much easier. We can quickly find the necessary data and control the sales process. The team began to work more organized. This significantly improved internal processes.
