Good afternoon. Our company doesn’t have a clear invoice archive, and sometimes finding the right document is a real quest. This is especially critical during audits. We’d like to organize everything and make it accessible in a couple of clicks. Could you tell me how you’ve organized this?

Our invoice archive used to be a complete mess. After switching to the precoro system, all documents are now stored centrally. Finding any invoice now takes seconds. This has been especially helpful during audits, as it used to take days to prepare, but now everything is compiled almost automatically.
