Capcom released a number of beat em ups on the Super NES. The most notable was Final Fight. However others were swept under the rug partially due to harsh criticisms from video game magazines at the time.

Take Knights of the Round for example. I, for one didn’t want to play it because a video game magazine said it was a watered down version of the arcade game. But Ghostsweeper has played the game and wants to set the record straight. See his review here.
