OfflineOkay, your cat only peed on the Ziploc bag, right? No urine got on your cartridges or controllers?
If so, I recommend taking them apart and cleaning the plastic cases with disinfectant or possibly soap and water. After they dry and the smell goes away, I would then put the games and controllers back together. I’m not an expert at this, though; I only pieced this advice together from information I looked up on Google. If you looked the problem up as well, and didn’t find the solution you were looking for, then I can sympathize. Hopefully, you found it here.

OfflineTry this: http://www.urineoff.com/
It destroys the feremones on a molecular level. It has worked for me on wood, leather, fabric and plastic when my cat peed all over when he was sick. There is a chance for discolouration.
I have Asperger's Syndrome, which means i can come across as rigid and overly argumentative. Please try and look past this and contact me if you have a problem with what/how i type. I type and read very literally and use no undertones. Thank you for trying to understand. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A.....r_syndrome
I would suggest what John said by taking them apart and dealing with just the shell. Deep soak them in warm water and fabuloso then cleaning them with a cloth with the water and fabuloso. Fabuloso is a very powerful cleaner with a strong fragrance. Some alley cats peed on my porch and I used hot water and fabuloso to get rid of the smell.
