SONY 4K TV DISPLAY ISSUES |Technical Corner|Forum|SNES HUB

Hi. New to this forum. 

Can anyone give me any advice on running a snes on the kd55sd8505? I have hooked it up successfully using a scarf cable (I’m in the UK) and it starts up to show a perfect picture but then fades to black within 30 seconds. I’m sure it’s the TV auto adjusting to what it thinks is acceptable but I can’t balance out the manual colour or contract settings to bring the picture back from black. Any ideas or suggestions very much appreciated!!
