They are pretty good quality vertical reproduction cases. Front, back, and spine artwork. The insides have tabs that hold your game cartridge, and room for the manual as well. These are a nice alternative to collecting the original boxes. They look pretty good on a shelf.

I am looking to sell them because I have since picked up the original cardboard boxes for them. I’m happy to answer any questions for you, and can provide more photos if needed.
