Just curious to know what everyone is playing as of late. I finished a game called Adventures of Dr. Franken, which will have a review up this upcoming Wednesday. Right now I can’t decide what I should play next. I think I may either play Saturday Night Slam Masters, Congo’s Caper, Sonic Blast Man, or Out to Lunch.
What about everyone else?

A wrestling game! what is the one called that uses the multitap? I was thinking about getting that but not sure of it’s any good. Yes Goof Troop is fun. Pkayed it again last night with a friend and you do have to think a bit when it comes to some puzzles. I think Ghostsweeper talked me into getting it, great tip!

Doink The Clown, remember that midget Dink! God that takes me back … 1994-98 the best years of professional wrestling. I used to like Double J Jeff Jarrett when he came in with The Roadie.
On topic tbh I don’t care much for Saturday Night Slam Masters, i tried to like it but i find it fairly sluggish to control and quite dated in the moves department. Still looks very nice and Capcom-ish with big bold sprites and nice clear animation. I like how you can grab and use weapons too.
That list with the multi-tap utilizable games on it, I had placed an order a while back to buy a fully complete ‘Crystal Beans: From Dungeon Explorer’ for £19.99, one of the least known games on the entire system yet it’s based on the successful Dungeon Explorer series and has to be the most action based arpg I have ever seen on the snes. Good luck finding a copy, I had to order one from a specialist, I hope to have it the next few months. I also hope this will pique some further interest. Reviews, pics and video etc here, enjoy: http://www.gamefaqs.com/snes/5…..n-explorer

Hi guys! Wow has it been that long since my last post. Couldn’t log in for weeks/months!! Glad thats over now. Some weird stuff going on wit the site and something about that it wasn’t safe anymore and advertising for viagra pills etc. looks like it’s working perfect again!
At the moment I’m back again and are planning to finish terranigma and metroid! Now to find skme spare time :p I recentely played my collection of multiplayer games again with a friend. Really fun going on all those classic adventures togetger! Turtles in Time , Double Dragon & Sunset Riders keep us occupied with some serious jampacked action! Also finished three covers for Snes game cases. One is for Pockey & Rocky, the other for Bomberman and Double Dragon. Maybe I should upload them to “the coverproject” site.
Glad to be back!

I’m currently playing:
Shinobi (PS2) – Gonna stop for a bit since the PS2 needs to be fixed.
Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution – Same with Shinobi.
SoulCalibur 2 (Gamecube) – Finished almost every mission in Weapon Master mode.
Sonic Heroes (Gamecube) – Playing through Team Dark’s storyline right now. Might be giving this game away soon.

Nope. I don’t think I even played Soul Calibur 1 at all. What was the Weapon Master mode like in SC1?

I’m completely going off of memory here, but I remember the Weapon Master Mode being much longer, stories being more interesting, and challenges being more varied in Soul Calibur 1 than in the second game. I remember playing Soul Calibur 2’s weapon mode and felt like it was a downgrade from the original.

I know I missed it too! The site is growing which means even more topics to discuss. Great to see you keep going and keep posting great reviews. Consistency is key. About Terranigma, it is truly exceptional. It is a very complete game and original too. I like how the story unfolds and the way you can play this game. I like it better than Secret of Mana which was kind of a let down to me personally. I think I had very high expectations. I got it for co-op and it’s fun but I think we need to try it again several times before we really enjoy it. I do see the beauty of the game but it needs a little time to get used to. However I do not like the recharching of the weapons. Very frustrating. I get why they included this but Terranigma suits my way better I think. It also has a beautiful menu which lets you navigate easy. It’s a shame they never released it in the US. From the games I got recently Terranigma is the biggest surprise. A true gem.

Hi guy’s. It’s been a while since I’ve posted, been very busy these past couple of weeks with other stuff going on. Anyway now I’m back I can see the site getting growing into something very good. Tom is right about the consistency which imo is of a high standard – I enjoy reading all the reviews on here. Variety will also get new members here so the more topics the better I think.
Not had much time for playing games as of late. My opinion of Soul Caliber II on Gamecube is legend incarnate, one of the best non-2d fighters I’ve had the pleasure of playing and owning, cracking game either in one player or two. Plus you get to play Link and kill someone with the “Bug-catching Net” Class!
Only played Sunset Riders on the Megadrive but it was great fun, if a little on the short side in terms of longevity. Still it rocks and there’s plenty of amusement to be had out of it. Like it how they made the main villain an evil Englishman named Sir Richard Rose, us Brits make great villains
